Testa International always dispatch shipment through renewed international courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.

Please note that orders typically arrive in 5-7 weeks, and expedited shipping options aren't available.  Small orders/ Custom orders arrive in 3-4 weeks.
 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
STANDARD ORDERS
 
Normally shipping time for Standard Orders are 30-35 business days. 
 
CUSTOMIZED URGENT ORDERS
 
Customized Urgent Orders take 20-25 business days to deliver. 

ROUTINE URGENT ORDERS
 
Shipping time for Routine Urgent Orders are 14-18 days.

Orders are processed Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 5 pm begin processing the next business day.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
 
Testa International does ship internationally, ordering options are available in several countries.
 
Testa International doesn't ship to P.O. boxes,
If you place your order you'll receive standard shipping rates.
 
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email. If you have placed customized order on specific request then you would be informed about the shipping costs according to the weight of products you have ordered with Testa International.
 
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
 
You can check your order status anytime after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order is shipped.
 
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
 
The shipping address can be changed by sending an email to us but it must be prior to handing over shipment to the couriers/ shipping company. Please call us if you're unable to cancel your order.
