Returns
All returns will be refunded for 100% of the cost of your item. This does not include shipping cost at the time of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable if your package has shipped and been marked as “delivered.”
To be eligible for return,You have 15 calendar days to return items from the date you received it.
Your items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Your items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Your items must be in the original packaging and you should mention the reseaon why you returning the item.
Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We aren’t liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. So please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Exchange
Please contact us before requesting an exchange.
You’ll be liable for all shipping costs for exchanges.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a proccess to exchange your products.
You will receive the exchanged items within a certain amount of days, depending on your shipping method.
